As an employee of 18 Degrees, you would work in both our Pittsfield and North Adams programs helping youth 17-24, including youth involved in or at risk of gang activity, to succeed and avoid negative impact on their futures in a proven program model that builds and supports positive connections and activities, along with employment & education opportunities. Required: LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC or equivalent; experience (work/internship/volunteer/military) working with youth/young adults; understanding of the systemic, socio-economic, educational & other challenges our youth confront; work as a member of a supportive team from both locations on a regular schedule. Strongly prefer experience in multi-disciplinary approaches to trauma & violence. Multicultural/multilingual fluency is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits.
