Summer Wrap-Up & Back-to-School Highlights of our Early Education and Care Programming |
Our early education staff and teachers are committed to providing a fun, creative, and nurturing atmosphere, helping young children grow and thrive. We offer two childcare locations in Pittsfield with a social-emotional learning curriculum from infancy until Kindergarten.
Out-of-school care Kid's Clubs are embedded in three schools in Pittsfield–Crosby, Conte, and Morningside–serving students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Kid's Clubs provide before and after-school care, as well as programs during holidays, snow days, and summertime to ensure kids are staying active, engaged, and learning throughout the year. |

Over the last two months, our Kid's Club students enjoyed mural painting, arts and crafts, games, and more! They took field trips to Onota Lake, Common Park, Hancock Shaker Village, and the Albany Museum. Every Wednesday, the kids transitioned from their classrooms to the outdoors for gardening at Morningside School. It was a fun summer of learning and exploring! |

On September 1st, our Pre-K program celebrated the graduation of eight students: Luka, Bithiah, Ryan, Reese, Silas, Nezaiya, Laylah, and Levi. We're so proud of how they have grown! Miss Celia's message to the graduates was that learning is fun! The graduates said they look forward to making new friends, meeting their new teachers, and exploring their new schools. We will miss having this creative, inquisitive, and spirited group of students in our Pre-K classroom and wish them well in Kindergarten! |
