Family Networks Service Coordinator – Greenfield

Service Coordinators drive the everyday work of Family Networks and are responsible for the placement and case management of youth in Comprehensive Foster Care and STARR, as well as managing in-home, family-based services.  The role manages caseloads of 40-60 families, children and youth; develops and maintains a strong partnership with DCF, families, and Intensive Foster Care Agencies; coordinates services to achieve goals and outcomes of services identified in the DCF service plans; monitors service implementation; and ensures coordination with providers and DCF.  Minimum of a BA in a social work or a related field required, MSW preferred.  Experience required:  MSW or equivalent, plus 2 years of family-centered, community-based experience, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years family-centered welfare related experience.  Multilingual/Multicultural candidates encouraged to apply.  Competitive salary and employee benefits offered.  Please send cover letter and resume to Paula McDermott, 18 Degrees, 480 West Street, Pittsfield, MA  01201 or email pmcdermott@18degreesma.org.   AA/EOE
