Family Networks, Lead Agencies

Family Networks, through a contract with the Department of Children and Families (DCF), helps families connect with community supports, monitors progress, and assists with conflict resolution in order to minimize the need for out-of-home placement and reduce the cycle of repeat involvement with DCF.  When out-of-home placement is necessary, staff facilitates placement and works with the child, family, and providers to work toward safe, timely, and successful permanent home.
