- Family Partner is a staff with lived experience assigned to the Family Resource Centers to provide supportive services to families and parents to advocate, support, educate, coach, and assist families in accomplishing their Care Plan goals and to negotiate and assist families in working with the Wraparound team and to help implement the Family Support Plan.
- Family Partner works closely with the Child Requiring Assistance (CRA) System.
- Knowledge of Pittsfield and surrounding communities required.
Qualifications
- Experience as a caregiver of a youth with special needs, preferably a youth with mental health needs and or youth experiencing issues related to Child Requiring Assistance (CRA) preferred

- Provide leadership, clinical insight, and administrative direction to contract workers (Fee for Service) in compliance with all standards and contract requirements that support the permanency plans of children, youth and families.
- Hold a caseload regarding case management, assessments and placements of children and youth experiencing foster care, the recruitment, licensing and evaluation of foster parents in preparation to adopt, and in the review of family functionality through court reports and assessments.
- Use a strength-based, permanency focused, collaborative approach to maximize the well-being of those served.
