Job Summary (Overall Purpose/Function of Position): Responsible for program administration and
management of the Department of Children & Families’ (DCF) contracted service system that connects children and families being served by the Massachusetts child welfare system. Seated in Greenfield, this program
requires coordination and collaboration of services and systems with our Pittsfield program.
This program services the Greenfield DCF office site:
- Maintains communication between Providers and the DCF Area Office, particularly regarding contracted services and methods for Continuous Quality Improvement.
- Ensures that staff are trained in all areas including service management, data entry and timely completion of job responsibilities.
- Partners with the Area Office Management Team to ensure that there is regular communication with all network providers about current and emerging Department policy and practice initiatives, utilization trends, underserved populations, and innovative provider practices.
- Assess network providers’ partnership with DCF and their ability to meet the needs of children, youth and families in DCF’s care. Initiates resolutions when disagreements arise between a network provider and DCF on case issues, product delivery, or family or social worker satisfaction.
- Provides oversight to program operations and contract obligations to maintain requirements and meet Standards.
- Prepares and presents budget analysis for Regional Budget Meetings.
- Work in consultation with DCF in identifying needs and optimal level of care, balanced with program availability.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of local, regional, and statewide resources for children, youth and families, both contracted and non-contracted services.
Education preferred: Master’s Degree MA in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred. Must have a Bachelor’s degree.

This Childcare Enrollment Specialist is a full-time role working for our multiple childcare sites.
- Manage enrollment processes for a large-scale childcare program serving 162 children across 4 EEC licensed sites.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families throughout the enrollment process.
- Accurately determine and assign the most appropriate funding source for each enrolled family based on eligibility and documentation.
- Input, track, and maintain financial subsidy data for families, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer enrollments for families receiving state-funded childcare as a contracted provider with the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
- Collaborate closely with Seven Hills Child Care Resource & Referral (CCRR) regarding voucher placements.
- Maintain compliance with EEC regulations and funding requirements.
- Manage high-volume data entry while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Communicate complex funding and enrollment information clearly and compassionately to families.

Job Summary (Overall Purpose/Function of Position): Cook position (30 hours/week with all Benefits) will support child care program by preparing daily meals and daily operations in the kitchen, preparation of foods, delivery of foods, tracking allergens, cleaning and maintenance. Cross training for necessary coverage of operations and supply orders, inventory during the absence of the supervisor. Complete necessary records and documentation in systems. Coach future Cooks by supporting Interns from local high school.

- The Substance Use Prevention Clinician provides clinical consultation to program staff and the Youth Services Manager.
- Consultation primarily consists of embedding skills development into groups, activities and field trips; working from an upstream clinical perspective, recommending referrals for services, working with families as needed and brief intervention with youth to bolster positive coping skills.
- Support group co-facilitation, working from a harm reduction framework.
- Collaborating with Youth Services Manager to develop programming designed to develop resiliency in the LGBTQIA+ community.
- Work from a harm reduction philosophy for positive physical and behavioral health outcomes.
- Sexual health education, STI prevention and positive relationship development.
- Collaboration with families when needed.
Qualification Requirements:
Education: Master’s level clinician; License preferred
Experience: Work with youth, children and families, understanding of harm reduction, LGBTQIA+ work highly preferred, working with teenagers preferred. Experience running groups or activities is helpful.
Other Required Knowledge: solid skills in MS Office, ability to administer and analyze data from evaluation tools, solid report writing skills.
